"I CAN'T PRAISE GOD"...

ISAIAH  61:3 "To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified." Let's see this instance of why people say "I can't praise God" Tayo is a graduate of Chemical engineering, has been looking for a job for the past 12years but in spite of his struggles, he managed to get married and has two lovely kids. But still he is saying 'I can't give God praise'. He has forgotten that it was this same God who saw him through school, helped him pay his fees when there was no hope of finishing school. He graduated top of his class when his mates where lamenting with extra year. He got a scholarship to carry out his Masters. He got married, has two kids. And yet He can't praise God. How ungrateful is that? Yes!, It may be true that you ar...

PATIENTLY WAIT.

PSALMS  62:5  "My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him." Most times, it seems as if you don't know how you are going to get there or even where you are heading. You are feeling lost, forgotten and dejected. 2015 is ending and 2016 is fast approaching and nothing has happened in your life. Funny enough, if you check closely you will see a little thing that has happened in your life that is worth thanking God for. You have been waiting for your promise to come to past. And it seems that God has forgotten you. He hasn't! Hebrews  10:23 "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)" So hold fast on the promise of God for He too faithful to fail you. Patiently wait on Him Hebrews  10:36 says  "For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise." Don't rush! Follow his timing and leading. Be encouraged and sta...

EX-LESBIAN NOW A BORN-AGAIN CHRISTIAN SENDS PLEA TO ALL PASTORS IN AMERICA

Dear Pastors, There are things I urgently need for you to know. And there are things desperately need you to tell me. I shudder to think where I'd be today if my pastor had not been bold enough to tell me the truth regarding homosexuality, a lifestyle in which I lived for more than 30 years. Pastors, please take time out of your busy schedule to read my humble plea. First, I need you to tell me in no uncertain terms that homosexuality is a sin. Show me what the Bible says and tell me that the Word of God is eternal and does not change with the times. Please don't tell me that you won't address it or that you don't have an opinion. Because if you don't speak up, I am going to think that it's all right and will be headed for an eternity in hell. Pastors, when I come to you seeking answers, I need you to boldly speak the truth in love. My very salvation depends upon it. Next, please let me know that Jesus' death on the cross was enough to cover a...
